My fee is $150.00 per 55-minute session. At Positive Family Dynamics, accept cash, as well as, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). In addition to cash, we also work with a few Insurance companies, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield for counseling services, but not for coaching.
While insurance coverage is helpful financially, many clients prefer to keep their personal business private and not file with insurance in order to maintain confidentiality. There are two major concerns with using insurance:
First, claims submitted to an insurance company require a number of people to handle the information in order to process the claim. This increases the exposure of your personal information. Second, insurance only covers treatments limited to the diagnosis. Your growth may be better served by a more full range of integrated services, including those not covered by insurance. Coaching and the more integrative mind-body procedures that I provide are not covered by insurance. When you privately pay for your mental health care, your confidentiality is assured, and we can make available the full range of services to facilitate your health and growth.
